The EasySaw is a semi-automated, software driven saw system. Developed in South Africa for the South African market to meet the need for precision cutting of timber. It is capable of cutting timber with an accuracy of less than 1mm and 0.5 of a degree. The EasySaw has been designed to optimise efficiency, minimise wastage, and improve overall truss quality. The user-friendly software and touch screen functionality mean that this system can be used by any operator.

There are two ways to use the saw. Operators can choose to cut trusses manually or cutting files can be loaded to the systems and the saw can run automatically. Operators can also access their cutting stats to see the number of cuts made, and how many components were cut. The proudly South African EasySaw is manufactured locally. There is a total of 76 EasySaw’s in the market, with 49 being fully automatic, proving that the EasySaw is an essential part of any truss plant production line.
